My name is Aerin J. Johnson. I'm a college sophomore at Truman State University studying Communication, with a journalism focus, and English. This is blog for my Media Writing Class.

I've been at Truman since August 2015 and have an interest in eventually having a career in political satire broadcasting, but am currently focusing on learning how to find and show/write the news. I'm currently the New Multimedia Editor at Truman Media Network and a writing consultant at the Truman Writing Center. 

I'm originally from St. Louis, MO and studied at Webster Groves High School.
